Conditions for return and reimbursement

Once you have received your order, you have 14 working days to return (shipping at your own expense) the article(s) you would like to be reimbursed to the following address :

For exchange, the product(s) must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unused. Moreover, any free gifts must also be returned. Once the product(s) have been accepted, we will process your refund.

The delay for treating returns can be between 14 and 21 working days. If you have not received your refund after this delay, please contact us at +33 (0)2 37 49 10 60.

My order is incomplete and/or was received in bad condition

If your package was opened and/or damaged, you can refuse it. It will then be returned to us by the carrier. Contact Customer Service to make a claim or fill out the form: click here.

If you accepted the package and notice that it does not correspond to your order, you will need to attach the following elements to your claim:

- The product is damaged or broken: a photo of the entire package, the inside of the package, and the product in question.

- The package is incomplete or does not match the order: a photo of the entire package, the label, and the contents of the package.
